Eclipsecorp: Producing Custom Accessible Signage

Posted by EclipseCorp on May 10, 2018 4:21:49 PM

Gahanna, OH, May 3, 2018—  The Americans with Disability Act, or ADA, set several standards for accessible signage. While failure to meet ADA requirements can result in stiff financial penalties for your company, the real harm is dealt to people who rely on braille for navigation. To provide a quality experience for everyone, all directional signage should meet ADA specifications.  We make sure it does.

We have invested in the latest technology, allowing us to produce custom pieces that adhere to every ADA specification. Our newest printer streamlines the process of adding raised lettering and braille to signage. The result…our printed pieces are fully compliant and provide the highest level of accessibility.

ADA compliant signage no longer needs to be purely navigational. Our design and printing specialists work closely with companies to create signage tailored to the unique needs of each individual brand. As a result, companies can maintain a branded presence throughout their environment. Appealing to both sight and touch, custom signage will enhance your environment and provide complete accessibility to all.

EclipseCorp is helping local and nationwide businesses improve their environments while ensuring all accessibility needs are met.

EclipseCorp is a creative services company. Our purpose is to ignite brands through images. With divisions specializing in design, photography, video, retouching, pre-press, grand format printing, grand format 3D printing, and ADA compliance…we are here to take your brand to the next level.

Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, the leading provider of large format 3D printing solutions for visual communication applications, today announced that Columbus (OH)-based creative design company, Eclipse Corp. has installed a Massivit 1800 3D Printing Solution to drive new business and differentiate its service offering against traditional print company competitors.

Commenting on the integration of large format 3D printing into the company’s operations, Jeff Burt, owner of Eclipse Corp., says: “The investment in the Massivit 1800 is set to transform our operation by allowing us to quickly create super-sized, captivating projects with the head-turning power that our customers, both current and new, demand.

“In fact, with the power to add a new and competitive dimension to our business, we anticipate that the Massivit 1800 will play an integral role in achieving an increased revenue of $1 million or more within the next three years,” he adds.

In addition to supporting projects in existing sectors, including retail, interior design and event and exhibition, the company aims to employ the Massivit 1800 3D Printing Solution for high-endurance thermoforming applications. These include visually-striking 3D vehicle wraps, attention-grabbing bus graphics, customer-engaging retail signage along with dramatic set designs and backdrops.

Beyond this, Eclipse Corp. will also establish itself as a large format 3D printing service bureau. Burt explains: “As one of a handful of companies with the capability to 3D print attention-grabbing large format applications, we want to ensure that our customers can benefit from the technology’s full potential whatever their requirements. With the ability to transform virtually any concept to large-scale life, we envisage this new service will pave the way into new markets.”

Judith Vandsburger, North American Director of Sales for Massivit 3D, concludes: “Eclipse Corp. is a prime example of how traditional print companies who are willing to leave their comfort zone and integrate pioneering technologies, can inject new levels of creativity that ignite interest and accelerate action among their customers’ target audiences.”

EclipseCorp: Taking Retail to the Next Level

How grand format 3D printing will enhance the in-store experience

Gahanna, OH, March 20, 2018— As a result of the current eCommerce boom, many retail companies that rely on in-store foot traffic fear a decline in sales. From January to May 2017, retail employment decreased by 80,000 (Source: Franklin County Retail Report 2017). In response, these companies are searching for solutions.

Fortunately, new technologies are emerging, creating opportunities for retailers to significantly improve the in-store experience. In doing so, customers are drawn back into the physical experience of shopping in stores through visually stimulating product and promotional displays.

EclipseCorp’s grand format 3D printer is one such technology – giving retailers the ability to quickly manufacture almost any structure that could fit in or on a store. With a little creativity, any storefront can now be transformed into visually appealing 3D art to attract shoppers. From giant shoes to life-size animals, grand format 3D printing offers endless possibilities for retail and design promotions.

Companies around the world are adapting to the rising standards for retail by employing creative 3D printed stores and storefronts. In New York, Macy’s featured a 3D-printed Flamingo in its front store display.  In Australia, an entire pop-up store was 3D printed for Louis Vuitton in just two weeks.

By enhancing the retail experience through grand format 3D printed storefronts, EclipseCorp now offers a unique ability for our clients both locally and nationwide to gain a competitive edge.
