Keeping up with industry and technology changes is an ongoing obstacle for EclipseCorp. As industry evolves, business must also evolve. Industry changes never cease. Upgrading never ends. EclipseCorp has managed to keep the "why" of our business consistent while changing the "how" as technology advances. EclipseCorp's purpose of creating images that ignite and empower brands has never changed.
The business has evolved from a traditional photography studio shooting film that was processed in a dark room, to a purely digital photography and video studio with a retouching division and digital printing division. By adding services that complement the purpose of EclipseCorp, the business has grown in staff, sales, and size.
MANAGING CASH FLOW
Business growth requires investment in equipment, technology, people, supplies, and more. However, the return on these investments can come months after the initial expenditure. EclipseCorp has overcome this obstacle by controlling costs, investing wisely, and making smart, proactive financial decisions. EclipseCorp does have debt - but it is "smart debt". The goal is to build reserves, become less dependent on banks, and therefore be better able to fund our own growth.

No one person is going to be great at everything. It comes down to hiring the right person and personality type for each position. EclipseCorp recently started including a Kolbe test in our recruitment process to assist in placing people in positions where their innate talents can flourish. Good hires benefit the company's bottom line revenue as well as corporate culture.
CLIENT CARE REVIEWS
EclipseCorp's sales and customer service teams regularly meet with existing clients for care reviews in a proactive effort to identify areas that we could grow to serve them in both better and different ways. As a result, we have become more responsive to the needs of our clients. The process has led to new growth opportunities in terms of services offered by EclipseCorp.
OUR PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENTS
EclipseCorp has grown from a one-person operation out of a garage to a company with 42 employees operating out of two locations totaling over 50,000 square feet.
EclipseCorp's company history shows a pattern of re-inventing, investing, and growing. In 1994, the only service we offered was traditional photography (film processed in a dark room).
In 2017, EclipseCorp's list of services includes digital photography, video, retouching, design, grand format digital printing, finishing and installations.
In the company's 23 years of business, the revenues have averaged 15% growth in every year. The past few years have seen higher than average increases in revenue. EclipseCorp showed a 26% increase in annual revenue in 2015, and 16.89% in 2016.
